Hey guys I was wondering something well on Friday Feb 8 our coach wants us to max out so we can know what we're gonna be pausing max and clean&jerking max at the meet. So I was wondering If I'll be able to get the same amount if I have a meet Wednesday 13. Is that enough rest time if I just not lift like after max, then go straight into the meet. Or should I max on friday then do my monday sp bench workout then meet on wednesday.
See normally when I max out I don't have to worry about a meet so what I do is just not lift for 72 hours and get alot of rest then max. But now that I'm training westside I'm not sure which one to do. Thanx for any replys.
