(day 1)
bi, tri, traps 2 days in a row
skip a day
repeat once
(day 7)
shoulders, chest, abs 2 days in a row
skip a day
repeat once
(day 13)
quads, calves 2 days in a row
skip a day
repeat once
(day 19)
back, neck, abs 2 days in a row
skip a day
repeat once
then repeat or do a different routine
(day 1)
