Mass/Cut cycles for women: recommendations

So I have really four questions (:

Whats the best natural supplementation for a mass/build cycle for women?

Whats the best enhanced supplementation for a mass/build cycle for women?

Whats the best natural supplementation for a cutting/fat shedding cycle for women?

Whats the best enhanced supplementation for a cutting/fat shedding cycle for women?

Also, what are your recommendations to length of time on these? (8-10 weeks each?)

Lets see...patience? persistence? motivation? consistency? diet?

(: Thanks for the advice and guidance guys. I tend to be an all-or-nothing, research every possibility, explore every angle kinda gal...curiousity more than anything. And coming off of my hour of cardio that Im feeling like hell right now thanks to Lobo's great advice. :angel:
 
Food. Diet is 90% of success. Eat right to bulk and feed those muscles and eat right to cut and shed fat.
 
So...assuming the obvious hard work and discipline + is + being done (diet, cardio, weight), any insight into the 4 situations to maximize the effectiveness of all that hard work, dedication, and tuna - looking for supplementation, not substitutes for the real work ....:spin:

But on top of that...i do use eca stack for cutting fat before cardio, another requirement just as important as diet. There is also clen and others.

Other than that, there's lots of add ons you could do, natural or enhanced. Lots out there to read up on.
 
Agreed, Ive done a lot of reading around this board and others: most of the cycles Ive seen are specific to guys, etc. Was just wondering if anyone had some really specific recommendations based on their experience.
 
Just to add to WarLobo's wisedom--it can take many months before someone has diet really down to a science, esp, if gaining muscle is the goal. Even with cutting, retaining as much muscle mass as possible isn't always just a question of counting calories and protein grams.

Not to be stern about this, but unless you've really got your lifting program and diet set, doing a cycle of AS is almost pointless. You won't keep your gains.

Otherwise, I use an ECa stack with tyrosine, I use glutamine, and I've used creatine in the past, but find it bloats me too much now, for some reason.

I also take lysine, primrose and fish oils, and I eat flax seed meal rather than the oil.

And I belive in plenty of recovery time.

I think I've got the results--I went into triple digits in deadlifts, seat cable rows, bent over rows, and squats since March.
