by the way......has anyone ever had the thought that when people get divorced, it's because they shouldn't have been married in the first place?? So how is divorce......which is just the dissolution of something bad.......the problem?? The problem is it's TOO FUCKING EASY TO GET MARRIED!! PEOPLE CAN GO GET MARRIED BY ELVIS!! NOBODY THINKS THERE"S A PROBLEM HERE DO THEY?? noooooooooooo....it's all about attacking the solution, not the problem. If marriage certificates required proof of cohabitation for AT LEAST one year......the divorce rate in this country would plummet.......but it'll never happen in this intellectually dry country that subsists on doctrine written in to place 2000 years ago.

I dunno. I like being married. There's something romantic about it. Sure, we have our ups and downs; but at the end, it's a feeling that I get when I look at her.

well if you are talking about doctrin of the bible its used to be common practice that a man and a women be betrothed to each other for a long time before they get maired.and in some churches they still work like this.my paster will not marry
to people unless he has cousled them for at least six months and he knows they fully understand and have thought about every thing threw and threw.so yes it is to dame easy to get marred but that sure and fuck ant the churches fault its like I said"it have it your way the easy way amerca's fault".

My leaving didn't make longhorn and his wife consider divorce nor did it make you and angel consider divorce. If you love each other and want to be together, you wouldn't care whether there are single mom's in the world.

Heatherrae, you have a habit of personalizing these types of debates. The bottom line is that marriage and traditional familes are under attack in this country, and I think it is interesting to note that original posted story would indicate that married families are still the best solution.

Your personal situation could in no way impact my own, that is not what I am talking about here. Also, although I am no perfect husband, please stop making assumptions that you have any earthly idea what has taken place in my marriage.
