angel had cuase to leave me more then a few times and I here....but we stuck threw it.we did not give up and walk away because it was the easy thing to do.now we have worked years on what we have and it was well worth it.

My leaving didn't make longhorn and his wife consider divorce nor did it make you and angel consider divorce. If you love each other and want to be together, you wouldn't care whether there are single mom's in the world.

Does anyone else find if hypocritical that men who have had premarital sex, divorces, or even commited adultery are throwing stones here at others because they did the same thing?
No one is attacking men, it seems. Because the women are the one's who get pregnant, we are either the ones who get the abortion or become the single moms. So we are somehow destroying the institution of marriage. Seems the guy who walks away unscathed by having to take responsibility for the baby is the fucking hero. What is wrong with appreciating single moms. We have a huge responsibility that most of the time wears out two parents. We do it ourselves. No one criticizes the men for having sex, but we are a pariah to the right wingers because we did.

Let me break something to you right wingers. If you are so against abortion, quit CAUSING so many abortions.l Your haranguing of single moms influences lots of scared women into having abortions rather than walk around with your scarlet A's on their chests.

Yet the biggest threat and destruction to marriage comes from those already in one.. (i.e. divorce).

I don't think this situation has anything to do with Liberals vs Republicans

It is more about divorce being now easy, lucrative and no longer a taboo
and the fact that women now have an education and can choose their partner/be able to divorce a loser and still find a better husband

As opposite as our opinions often are and that I am pro choice and I think if someone wants to be a single parent they should be able to make that choice freely, I have to agree with your statement (the quoted one and not your first one) with the belief that there's more than just those reasons that have lead to the break down of 'The Nuclear Family'.

Sometimes it is good to get a divorce. It is a GOOD thing that women are no longer so economically dependant upon marriage for their own survival. Would we prefer that everyone stay married and be MISERABLE and raise their kids in that environment? Why does everyone need to get married, anyway?

A) Homosexuality is glorified in the media
and
B) Glorifying homosexuality in the media results in the denegration of marriage
so
C) You must be considering a divorce in favor of a gay lifestyle, right?

I'm still waiting on someone to tell me how I should be shamed in public. I mean, I sure wouldn't want to be glorified for my sin of wanting to take care of my baby. People would divorce in droves if I am allowed to get by with this horrible sin I have commited.
