I am digging the Zinc/Mag combo in the evening. I haven't slept this soundly in months!!! :) Plus I wake up feeling refreshed just like I had douched or something!
 
I know you keep PMing me and telling me I'm fat and should consider something stronger than ECAs, but are you sure about me snorting all that coke?? I mean yeah it'll speed up my heart some but it kills my appetite. Suggestions??

I was thinking something along the lines of like an ankle weight or something, is that cool?
And I am assuming I should still use the same rep scheme.

Got to the hardware store and buy some quarter washers and tie them on with some yellow yarn. If I were you I would be thinking bigger instead of stronger at this point.

Make sure TUT is between 40-60 seconds.
 
And Corn, I know that you've told me time and time again that to get the perfect physique, I just need to eat a lot of snackwell cookies, drink diet coke, take "exercise in a bottle", use my abtronic for 10 minutes a day, and spend 2-3 hours a week with my trusty bowflex....I'm doing all of that and am not seeing the results I want. Do you think I should consider something more "hardcore" like sugar free gum??

Darlin - there is a difference between fat and Phat.

Forget the ECA's and go with heavy breathing on the phone. Heart rate picks up as does circulation and usually increases appetite when done.
