low-carb diets: well that was a quick fad!! :lmao: article

that's too bad because low carb diets actually work. or should I say NO-carb diets work - CKD style.

I would never use those low carb products while on a CKD though so those products never appealed to me

it's like the bud light commercial says

mr. over the top carb counter

did that artichoke you just eat have 13.5g of carbs or 13.6? better check your carb counter notebook while you help yourself to another package of bacon

*I like it crispy*

most people on these things think they can eat unlimited calories as long as they are low carb

cause there's only one thing better than meat with potatos.. and that's meat with meat

mr. over the top carb counter

That one was funny as hell.

I think a lot of Low carb products are here to stay. Atkins has become such a force that even a few million people doing low-carb diets is enough to give incentive to keep producing that stuff.

I'll agree with that article, though, that C2 & Pepsi Edge were DOA. Too many carbs for people doing low-carb and too little taste for those not dieting. Major flops.

This article is testament to the view of the typical American being too lazy to learn the facts about anything for themseleves, and having next to no willpower.

aint that the truth.

I do love my low carb tortillas, 11g fiber per,7g digestible carbs, 3g fat and 5 g protein. I've been eating fajitas and breakfast burritos like crazy and dropping BF. I believe in moderate carbs, keto diets kill me.
