Low carb diets are about the only way I can lose weight, but I wouldn't touch 80% of the low carb crap out there.

i think it's because the average fatty patty had this belief low carb was some godsend "invention". That'd 200lbs would just fly away.

Many i know *have* lost weight. WAY more than all that other diet crap ($$) out there. But nothing extraordinary.

Look at us. We LOVE carbs, eat the hell out of them, and still in better shape than most of the rolly polly's out there! (thanks af.net!!)
