I was 197lbs, 6'1, maybe 12% BF. After 4 weeks, I'm down to 185lbs, about 9%BF. So I seem to have lost about 6lbs of body fat, and 6lbs of WHAT??
I'm on primo 400mg/week, IP OralT 40mg/day during this whole thing - although I was already 7 weeks in when I started the low-carb, cardio diet, so I was REALLY hoping this would keep all of my muscle?
When one starts a lowish carb diet - NO carbs during the day, I only take them after gym workouts at night pretty much - does one lose water as well as processed food weight? Could this be where I've lost a few lbs?
My strength seems to be VERY close to the same, maybe meaning not too much muscle loss? I just feel a little smaller looking in the mirror now that I'm back to a puny 185, but maybe that's just mental
