hey all, college dude, 22 y/o im 195lbs, getting tired of eating the same old things, i usually have pasta around, lots of tuna fish, chicken, eggs and cottage cheese, but i need more complete meals, like main dishes that are pretty easy to make, good tasting and have the protein and nutriens i need, i have not been eating enough the last 2 weeks and I know im slacking in the kitchen. Please help out guys, lets get some main courses out here asap, thanks!
