looking to add lbm, fish or flax oil?

i'm a natural ectomorph looking to add some lbm. would fish oil or flax oil be the right choice for me and what are the benefits of adding borage to flax in my case. i have briefly used flax in the past but recently read an article about it reducing natural test levels. is it worth the extra $$ to switch to fish oil or add borage to my flax?
 
You could use both sources. There are conflicting reports on the benefits of flax so I don't put all my eggs in one basket.
 
if flax use...the reg or low lignan....and use fish oils as well as alot of salmon tuna and stuff....also nuts are a great source of good fats and tonalin ( omega - 6 )
