Hello, I'm looking for some suggestions on quick high protien meals. I work 10 hour days and need quick meals.
The best I've found are Turkey Burgers (I have buffalo wing sauce I use w/ them sometimes), they can be nuked in around 30 sec, taste good and kill my hunger for a little.
Protien Shakes work too.
I tend to eat too many almonds when I open then can. Not sure how many I should eat, but only a few won't do anything for my hunger.
Any other suggestions for quick healthy meals?
