Hello,
I have been working out for a long time and my routine is getting old. I workedout with some guy that just happened to be doing shoulders that day.
I followed his routine just for kicks and DAMNNNNNNN I am sore today.
I dont think his is any harder just that my body is used to mine.
I am looking to try something totally new so if you are interested in helping post your routine day by day.
I workout Monday-Saturday.
