lifting some heavy weights ?

I would like to increase the amount of heavy weights that I’m doing
my 3 big lifts are as follows:
bench press: 245 pounds, goal is 300+
squat: 315 pounds, goal is 400+
deadlifts: 300 pounds, goal is 360+
can you give me some tips on how I can improve my big lifts and how much can I afford to lift per week without over training?
 
definitely try and his stick to the five rep range
 
stick to compound lifts those are how you get stronger
 
400 + pounds on the squat is impressive
 
you already are very strong one of the things you should do is do variations of reps
 
I'm confident you'll have good results just make sure you stay consistent and put in the hours
 
there are a few things you can do including changing gyms or changing workout Partners to get you motivated
