Hi I'm 24 and have been lifting consistently for 2 years. I am 5.6ft and weigh 160 pounds. Not sure wat my fat percentage is but definitely not overweight. I train at home so am limited in wat I can do. My lifts are:
Deadlift-352pounds
Bench press-235pounds
Squat-193 pounds
I worked the squat 1RM from my best set of 8. I feel that I am lacking in the squat as don't have a power cage and can't do it safely.
Just won't some opinions or advice from people on how I am doin and if this is any good for my weight and height. Thanks for your time.
