We all know that to get lean that we need to consume or use less calories than we need in order to make a deficency, so that our body turns to using fat as an energy source.
So we are told eat low fat foods eat lots of protien and go to gym+cardio.
(Now I know that all 30% shoud not be saturated fats)
Were Im stuck is what this 30% fats consists of.
Must we only eat (fish liver tabs, cod liver oils, hemp seed, flax seed, Ect)
Or can we throw in the cheeses, milk, peanutbutter Ect. Just as log as it fits in with our 30%.
I know that I want to get as lean as possible and some input would help me and others.
I ask ass to get the diet to a T.
