Lets get this 30% fat ratio right.

We all know that to get lean that we need to consume or use less calories than we need in order to make a deficency, so that our body turns to using fat as an energy source.

So we are told eat low fat foods eat lots of protien and go to gym+cardio.

(Now I know that all 30% shoud not be saturated fats)
Were Im stuck is what this 30% fats consists of.
Must we only eat (fish liver tabs, cod liver oils, hemp seed, flax seed, Ect)

Or can we throw in the cheeses, milk, peanutbutter Ect. Just as log as it fits in with our 30%.

I know that I want to get as lean as possible and some input would help me and others.
I ask ass to get the diet to a T.

You should always try to get your fat from EFA's, peanutbutter etc... I eat 15% fat, about 33g. 28-30g of those are healthy fats.

So now lets look at bulking:
You want to get big but with out getting fat, so we just aply the same rules but not as strictly.

Therefore only healthy fats for cutting
And low fats + healthy fats for bulking.
Eg: fat free milk, peanutbutter, olive oil, flax ect.
 
Yeah horse...you've got the right idea. Even while bulking, just try to get as much of your fat as you can from the healthy fats.
 
What ratio do you think is the best for bulking?

40/40/30
40/60/10

16x240=3840cals
so +/- 4000 cals a day.
I did the math with cals but whats the best ratio?

the 40/30/30 is what I have implements on a 4200 calorie diet. That's working great. 30% protein is enough because it translates into about 320 grams of protein for me, which is plenty. I get about 120 grams of fat or so, mainly from flax oil, olive oil, almonds, natural butter. The carbs are also complex, which the exception of honey postworkout. Good luck

Which that your ratio abrocketsfan as you said 30% protein and 40% fat is verry high.

I like human shells 40/40/20.
