This is my first week and i have already lost 5 lbs--heres a quick view on my diet--:Just an example
Start eating between 7:00am-8:30am-then i eat every 2.5 hrs.
1st meal-oatmeal w/2 scoops protein
2nd meal-MRP
3rd-4.9 oz chicken, cup of brown rice
4th-MRP
5th-lean steak or chicken again and sweet potatoes
6th-MRP
Gallon H2O and unlimited veggies
I eat same amount of protein as I do carbs
Anyway I feel like its a holiday cuz tomorrow night I get my first cheat meal and I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT!!
Here is my idea--Large sausage and pepperoni pizza and after that 2 huge scoops of chocolate chip ice cream from Baskin Robbins.. Give me what you guys eat for a cheat meal
