I can't do squats because of my shoulder injury... I lack the mobility to grip the bar, and front-bar squats are just too damn awkward for me to try.
I have relied on Leg Press, Hack Squats to fulfill the squat. It's too bad, before my injury, the Squat was my FAVORITE exercise... I'm hoping, that someday, I'll be able to do it again.
