Whats the best way to work the back of your legs (top part not calf) and butt?

Will a combination of squats and the bench (laying on your stomach and bending your legs up lifting some weight) do it?

Yes, that split will stimulate the hamstrings and the glutes.
Deadlifts and leg press (with a higher footing) would also help.
 
leg curls, hip extensions, squats, lunges. all will hit the areas you mentioned. there are a ton more but those are decent and not too crazy looking hehe.
 
The best of the best

To work your hamstrings, try Lying or standing leg curls and Straight Leg deadlifts

To work you Quads try Squats or Leg Extensions or leg press

For your inner and outer thighs use the inner and outer abductors
