ROFL -- thanks Spatts... yeah, I was going to buy a saftey squat bar, but I kinda need to eat and pay rent... so to find this cambered bar in the gym, was really a life saver... I'm REALLY REALLY excited about doing leg day now! I want to get that weight up REALLY good.

MS BH -- Lunges are not my bag...bay-bee!

C-ditty ... the cambered bar. To my knowledge, it weighs the same as an Olympic car. 45 lbs. I also just did a little search on the net to find it, and I was correct. Just in case you didnt believe me.

I'm almost positive this bar weighs more... are you sure? It was even heavier to hold compared to the standard olympic bar... I was thinking it weighed like 55-65lbs almost... the dip in it was pretty exagerated... I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Maybe I'm just seeing things

Well... that would be about right I suppose... the bar just felt heavier... who knows.

Looks like I topped out at 275 then on the squats... not too shabby for my first time doing them in 4 years.
