Basically, it breaks down like this. At the end of the day, I will have 2520 Calories, 280 grams of protein, 126 grams of fat, and 56 grams of carbs. By Calories, this is basically 45% protein, 45% fat, and 10% carbs.

I was searching for B12 and found this thread. I found the question interesting so I guess I am bumping this.

Anyway, Post workout carbs should be low GI and slow digesting as Macro told me once. Basically vegetables. I guess a carrot, celery can be 0 preparation.

To be honest I've tried what you are talking about and it did not work for me, but I was doing my own shakes not slim fast. Slim Fast is a bunch of carbs in a can. A 12pack of slim fast is cheap , but it's cheap because it has very little real nutrition. But everyone kinda hinted to that. Anyway, My interpretation of my thyroid numbers suggested that my T3 was borderline low. So once I found this out I didn't want to waste alot of time doing cardio since I believed it would only marginally help, and I wanted add muscle.

If you're going to totally scrap you diet , look into one of the schemes talked about on this forum or on men's health type publications that deal with fat loss and has research behind it instead of creating some liquid hope that will only fail as slim fast is garbage.
