last nights workout

After warming up, i nailed 335 5X5 deadlifts. This is actually a 10lbs increase since last week, and it felt lighter than last week!
Supersetted last set w/ SLDL 225X8
Lever rows 2X10 w/ 125lbs on bar
Lat pull 3X10,8,8 @ 130, 150, 170
Finished up with some leg curls.
Its not a lot considering what others on this board are lifting, but i feel good about my progress! And i sure am hurting today! Just thought id share

Yep.

One of my biggest gripes is when people are lifting in the gym and they see what someone else is lifting and they press themselves too far and get injured, or lose form. As long as you're making progress, that's all that matters.:)
