After warming up, i nailed 335 5X5 deadlifts. This is actually a 10lbs increase since last week, and it felt lighter than last week!
Supersetted last set w/ SLDL 225X8
Lever rows 2X10 w/ 125lbs on bar
Lat pull 3X10,8,8 @ 130, 150, 170
Finished up with some leg curls.
Its not a lot considering what others on this board are lifting, but i feel good about my progress! And i sure am hurting today! Just thought id share
