These are a great finishing movement on bi day, you cant cheat on em and the pump is phenomenal. Incline Prone Bar Curls- Lying face down on bench, hands shoulder width apart curling up towards the top on the bench.
Remember to keep the bench in about a 35% incline, too low your going smash your fingers on the bench frame....too high and your shoulders will do 40% of the lift. Be sure to try and keep your elbows pointing to the floor, if you pull them back towards the body it's called (CHEATING) and I'll call you a loser. Remember full extension at the bottom, it's a pulling exercise so that's where the fun begins. The contraction is equally as important, so hit it hard....imagine you're trying to touch the ceiling and flex the biceps.
