How many days after your carb up should it take to get back into keto? I didn't bother checking yesterday since I carbed up on Sunday but this morning I check not in Keto yet probably check later today again.
With a proper diet and HIIT-cardio session, two days for most people. Experienced ketoers, like myself and BBF, can easily slip into keto within a day with a bit of cardio.
Do a twenty-minute HIIT session in the morning. Do another one in the evening, if you're on anabolics. Also helps to have leg or back day on Monday in this case (more glycogen used).
