I am seriously getting tired of egg+cheese omlets, natty peanutbutter, and shakes with flax oil. Meat never gets old, but I'd like to see what you guys buy for your keto diets. If you have any unsualy foods you swear by, please do tell.

avocados, olive oil, red meat, chicken, spinach, lettuce, eggs, cheese, salsa (low carb). I mix salsa and ground beef to make a chili like dish that taste pretty good.

when i ran a keto my shopping bag was full of

pre prepared Salads
steaks
whole chickens
eggs
full fat cheeses
full fat mayonais
broclli, spinach and cabbage
smoked mackeral and salmon
heavy cream

Brett4^8, I too am getting sick of eggs and cheese. DAMN I had a hard time choking that shit down this morning. I have a deal now where I get a mouthfull of eggs and gulp down some water till it takes down the eggs with it, then start over again. DAMN do I hate eggs. What I wouldn't give for a better breakfast food for low carb diets... PLEASE, does anyone have any ideas??? SHARE THEM HERE!!! I am begging you!!!

Have you tried to change up the cheese in the eggs?? I am using Sargento Mexican Cheese, and it puts a new taste to the eggs, also you could just put some low carb salsa on the eggs. Both do good by me before starting low carb I would cover the eggs in Ketchup had to change that habit. Good Luck

Would eating wheat bread with peanut butter and jelly be accpetable for a CKD diet? Just a suggestion I eat that nearly every morning and have been making very good progress in cutting from about 18% to 9-10%.

low carb tortillas made my ckd ALOT more enjoyable. I can't describe how much!

Try boiling the eggs. Try making deviled eggs. Wal-mart has Low-carb bread (5perslice) if you must.

Walnuts and string cheese. Meat. Meat. Cheese.

explicit, two slices of EVEN the low-carb bread, with 1 T real-fruit jelly, and 2 T of natty PB is going to give you about 30 carbs(not counting fiber)
