Tell me what you think of this cutting plan:

100-200 cal below maintenance daily

50 gms or less carbs daily (the rest of cals come from protein & high quality fats)

3.6 gms ALA daily (600 mgs split between 6 meals)

6 Adipo daily (2 caps, 3 x's a day)

500 gms UA daily (250 mgs taken with 7 AM breakfast & 250 mgs taken with 1 PM snack)

So what do you think? Any additional suggestions? Maybe add 1-AD and/or 4-AD for muscle retention?
 
Add some glutamine into your mix - 30-40 grams a day.

I think the ALA is good, maybe cut back a little to 3 grams. Adjust it so you take more ALA with your bigger carb meals and less with your lesser carb meals.
