basically if you want to "bleed" karma from the pool you have to attach risk
I entertained a theory that every time you red hit another you received half of your hit in green
cuts back on the "auto-stroking"
and devalue green hits
make them a third
so you can gain more through red hits
set maximum values etc. to protect new members
kinda will have a video game factor

If you really want to make it nasty, when you red someone, you suck an amount from them equal to their hitting power.

The trouble with a lot of the vampiric hitting ideas is that, for a while, at least, Hammy would get blasted to crap just because people could. The next in line would them follow as groups were organised to red everyone back to equality.
