Just wanted to introduce myself...
Like the subject says, I'm popping up over here to introduce myself, partially, at the behest of my trainer.
Y'see, spatts has been training me for about 2 months now, and I've been lurking around for a couple of days. Decided to join in the fun!
I know all the spelling rules! I read the whole post, honest!
Seriously, I read WarLobo's faq as well as the board faq, so I'm educated, at least partially.
I've also had a chance to go through the various picture posts, and all of you look awesome!
Oh, and Phem: anyone who references vb debug has got to kick ass!
As far as vital info: I've never been an active guy, and have always been pretty skinny. I hit 6' in high school, and weighed around 125 up until the time I graduated. I didn't really gain weight until I got jobs where I was sitting all the time. Anyhoo, a few months ago, I was put on medication for high blood pressure. Between that and me being tired of the gut, I decided to do something about it.
I started seriously training 2 months ago, and was at 176 lbs, with 19.5% B/F. After 1 month, I was down to 164 and 18.1%. Now, after 2 months, I'm back up to 170, and 13% B/F.
Anyway, this whole process has been a hell of a lot of fun for me, and I thought it'd be good for her Project to introduce himself.
