Haha I was very serious. When getting ready for a contest or photos, you can't afford mistakes like that. If you screw up and eat something you are not suppost to, then you need to barf, and try not to be so stupid next time. Its common amoung serious bodybuilders to puke if they cheat, or to eat a handful of laxitives. If you absorb it, you will set yourself behind on your diet. The best solution is to not put yourself in a situation where this can happen to begin with. Again, don't have food in the house that you cannot eat, and make certain you have yoru food with you to eat if you are going to be around friends who are eating junk food, and please ask them to not offer you any because you cannot eat it on a diet. In fact, tell them if they are your friends, they will NOT let you have any even if you ask.
 
found my new cutting diet...6000calories and a 1/2 bottle of laxatives a day. ;)
 
To tell u the truth i think it all depends on how ur diets been before u ate the garbage..
If its been horrible then now its worse, but if u have been on a strict diet of low carbs and stuff it shouldnt matter too much cause ur body will burn it rite up...

I know for me when i was diet on super low carbs and after like 1 month i cant take it no more and decide to go nuts and eat like an entire pie, the next day i look better then i did in my life...

No offence bro but i think this could lead to all sorts of problems. I have a friend who suffers from bulemia and it's really scary what she goes trhough, if you barf once it gives you justification that you can eat and purge it and then it leads you to all sorts of spirals

Believe me, I understand what you are saying. My ex-girlfriend is bulimic, and I plan on working with people with eating disorders some after I finish college. However, we are talking about to different things. When getting ready for a contest, or photo shoot, a bodybuilder cannot AFFORD to absorb that on the wrong day of his diet. If he can't handle the diet, or will make a habit of this and have to vomit regularly, then he isn't cut out for this sport. Honestly, there isn't a lot of room for weakness or laziness in one's diet or training in the world of hardcore bodybuilding. Now, I ment my statement somewhat in a serious manner and somewhat as a joke. Its was to get him to realize that if you are going to be a bodybuilder, there is no room for this sort of undisciplined behavior, and he needs to rethink exactally what he wants to achieve.

juiceheadnyc, that is common for those of use who use keto diets. During Christmas I stayed with my sister, and had been dieting. I took an extra day of carb depleting before going over to visit, because I knew we would have alot of food there, and she was working on several new cake reciepies, so I would have all of the gourmet cakes I could eat. After 3 days of stuffing myself on cakes (I ate about 8 whole cakes, plus other food) I was shreaded, and had viens running all over my chest and delts. That is the beauty of using a CKD.
 
Exactly, that the same shyt that used to happen to me.

The day i did cheat i would look insane the next day and sometimes even gain maybe 6 pounds over night..

That effect only occurs if one is depleted, on certain days and certain types of diets. However, it will slow down fat losses if done incorrectly. I often eat pizza or other junk food during my carbups on a diet, but during my 5-6 days of low carbs, there is zero cheating.

about 300 cals per slice... give or take.... 8 mile run should take care of it.

on a side note 900 calories for a meal once in a while won't make you fat..... you're a homo
