thats like asking i wanna buy a car, how much is one. what was on the pizza,how many cals, what kind of cardio, how fast are you going. better do 2 hours of hard cardio to be sure, then another 1/2 hour for the vague question.

I think what hurts me the most when I crack on my diet is that I wallow in self pity and dissapointment in too long and what began as just a cheat meal ends up being a few days. Just think of it as a mini refeed. The best thing to do is get immediately back to your diet. Start thinking long term, one meal with 3 slices of pizza is nothing , don't sweat it. Maybe go a harder when your doing your cardio next time if it makes you feel better...
yeah dont worry too much, just dont do it again too soon and get back on track with your diet and fitness routine. Maybe skip your next cheat meal and count yesterday as your cheat
Don't sweat it bro! Sometimes I feel the same way. I go and do something stupid, like guzzle beer and wings at H@@TERS. Shit happens, sometimes you need to feed your cravings. Stay strict and use that day as a cheat day
The cardio probably won't help that mutch, if you are getting ready for a contest or a photo shoot, stick your finger down your throat, and try not to mess up again. Why do you have pizza in your house when you are dieting??? That is asking for trouble. First rule of precontest dieting: do not buy or have ANY food in your home that is not allowed on your diet.
