Quite true, blood levels of cholesterol are due to diet, but mostly genetics. For instance, my family has low cholesterol levels naturally. My father is 52 and his level is about 120 total, he eats whole eggs and steaks, etc. several times a week. When I used to drink a gallon of whole milk a day, a dozen whole eggs, and was on 50mg/day dbol( 17aa's kill your lipid profile), mine still never went above 200 and was down to 130 within 3 weeks of stopping. If you already have high cholesterol, then yes eggs are bad, otherwise, they contain protein and healthy fats, and are pretty good for you.
