I want to start working in JM presses into my routine and had a few questions for you guys about them. 1) Should I do them as my power lift for example as my 5x5 like I do close grip press or should I do them as an assistance lift, or both? 2) Can I do close grip and JM, (for example one for 5x5 and for assistance) on the same day or should I rotate them. 3) How are JM's as a mass and size builder. I know they are great for strength I was just wondering how they for size gains since I have never seen them as part of a bodybuilders routine.
