So... my HST is pretty high rep... 15 reps, right? Typical HST.
In the past, on gearolio, I always used more weight/lower rep setups. But in the past - 3 years ago or so - i had never done HST, now I love it. So if I were to Juice it up, what do you bors recommend? Drop HST all together?
Right now I am doing full body HST Every Day, 6 days a week.
It's typical HST 15 reps, next muscle. Working your weight up each day.
