**Day 12 No Alcohol!!


*Woke up with that cramped/pinched muscle in my shoulder again...Treil!! Help!!

1 Cinn/Raisin mini bagel + 1 tblsp. Cream Cheese

10:15am - Suddenly got the shakes & I'm having a hot flash....whew!!

10:45am - Drove to gym
Elliptical: 30 mins, Level 1, 1.76 miles

Rope Crunches on Cable Rack: 120lbs - 2x12, 1x10, 1x12

Grilled Turkey & Cheese: 2 slices Arnold Bakery Light WW bread + 1 slice Kraft FF cheese + 3.5 oz. 98% fat free turkey breast + Helmann's Dijonnaise + 2 slices pickles

**Water Tally: 4 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 1 (16.9oz) bottle of water & added 1 packet Lipton Cherry Flavor Green Tea to Go

4:30pm - Walked down to Iron Hill Brewery
1 Large Southwestern Chicken Salad
(romaine, cheese, avocado, jalapenos, tomatoes, fajita-spiced chicken, dressing on side)

2 Glucorell in between salad & dessert.....2 Sesamax after

I got Dessert!! :dance2: :elephant:
Chocolate Cake with a warm PB center covered with chocolate ganache*
*$1.50 of the cost of this dessert gets donated to a children's Cancer Foundation....so it's a win-win dessert....

**Water Tally: 4 (16.9oz) bottles of water + 1 (16.9oz) bottle of water & added 1 packet Lipton Cherry Flavor Green Tea to Go + 4 pint (16oz) glasses of water at dinner + 1 bottle (16.9oz) of lemon-flavored water

Post-Dinner: Went for a walk around the Riverfront, about 45-60 mins....

Totals: (Assuming this is correct, but I'm guessing)
Cals: 1656, Fat: 61g/34%, Carbs: 165g/38%, Fiber: 11g, Protein: 113g/ 28%

What does OCB stand for?

Does your shoulder feel better tonight? Interesting about sleeping on your back and how that is better for you. I snore when I do that :worried:
 
Hmmm dessert sounds VERY yummy :p And prob even better since it was for a good cause ;) so how's the knee and shoulder doing hun?

And yes, Miss24k got me thinking about dessert, etc etc...then my husband suggested going out, so I just HAD to have it! Plus the donation is for a good cause....

As for my shoulder, I got my husband to press on the "spot" earlier today - it's like a small knot that crunches when you press on it & it made my arm & neck tingle/go numb and it hurts now, but it's no longer popping when I turn my head......I get this a lot on either side & it goes away after a few days....

The right side of my chest hurts too for some reason.....I'm falling apart....Gosh!

I can't sleep on my back either....I snore/snort & it wakes me up....LOL

Shoulder, see above.....knee is good, it cracks often & is a touch swollen tonite, but not bad....got PT again tomorrow morning....
