6 cycles: Alternate "fast" pedaling with slow @ Level 4 -- 30 mins total

Treadmill -- 10 mins, 3.4 mph; 0 incline
HR monitor shows 351 cals burned

9:20 am
PWO shake: 1/2 cup sliced strawberries + 12 oz water + 1 scoop ON Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder

Drove to tanning -- saw some abs in the mirror in the tan room.... ;)

Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup raw spinach, 2 oz bell pepper
Some Green Salsa Verde Sauce (very minimal calories, not worth counting)

Heard back from Bruce today (the show promoter). He gave me the phone number of a local trainer for show prep, so I'm supposed to give this guy a call.....Don't "remember" him from anywhere, but he knows who I am....weird....

Uh-oh.....cheating on Shadow!! :lmao:

Oh! Another thing -- a woman who works at my gym used to compete -- saw her 4 foot trophy in her office today. I might be able to pick her brain....
