Morning Weight: 140 (noticing on the Tanita that the bf% [even tho it's wrong] is going lower in number)

Thought it was interesting, considering I'm pondering competing.....


On a side note: The lady at the desk stopped me & asked if I worked out with Kevin (one of the group of guys there) cuz my leg workout was similar to his & no wonder I was grunting!! She also commented "You work out hard!!" and "You're the only other person who does dead-man lifts"
