Morning temp/weight -- N/A

8am
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate
5 egg whites + 1 yolk
1 spoonful veggies (peppers, scallions, black beans)
1.75oz leftover Ham

Thanks!! When I was going to do this for "health" reasons, my goal was 18% bf, but at 16% I surpassed it!! Yay!

Looking like Sept. 24th for the show....

Per Shadow -- bb or figure will depend on how I lean out....

Side Laterals: 10lb DBs -- 3x12
Front Laterals on 45 degree bench: 8lb DBs -- 2x12
T-Bar Row: 35lbs -- 3x12
Upright Rows w/EZ Bar: 20lbs added to bar -- 1x14, 1x13, 1x12
Assisted Chin Machine: 60% assistance -- 1x11, 2x10
Hypers: 25lb DB -- 3x10
Machine Press: 40lbs -- 1x15, 1x12; 30lbs -- 1x15
Seated Rows w/Straight Bar, Pull High on Chest: 40lbs -- 3x15
Wrist Curls: 5lb DB -- 3x12 each wrist

Walk Home -- 30 mins
HR monitor shows 298 cals burned
(forgot to turn it on for the walk TO the gym)

3:30pm
Protein shake: 1.5 scoops ON Vanilla Ice Cream Protein Powder, 14oz water, ~ 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches

5pm -- Went out for dinner; Walk there -- 30 mins (about 14 city blocks)
