Could you give me a breakdown of the turkey burger patty you eat? I get mine at my work cafeteria and looked up the nutritional value online, but it is combined with the whole wheat kaiser roll. I am estimating just the patty to be 250 cals, 0g carbs, 30g protein, 10g fat....and yes, I'm sure the size matters, but mine's looks just like a regular burger patty.

I buy them at Costco.....the brand is Pilgrim's Pride.

130 cals, 3g fat, 1g carb, 24g protein
