Yep, like a pita, but rectangular & no pocket -- found them @ Costco & they are considered low-carb cuz they're high in fiber.

No formal training -- taught myself how to cook & just a lot of research!!

Funny you mention it -- I thought of starting my own personal chef bizness at one time.....
