**Decided to sleep in till 8am, woke up with a headache

8:15am
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate

9:20am
1 mug coffee + 2 tblsp Coffeemate
8 oz Fuze drink
1 Turkey Burger Patty
Omelette: 1 egg yolk + 4 egg whites, 1 slice FF cheese, peppers & onions

Scrip + 1 Gluc/Chon - pill form

1 slice Wonder Light WW Bread + Mustard + 1.75oz Healthy Choice Turkey

2:00pm
1 Lean Cuisine Chicken Pecan Spa Cuisine Meal
+ 2oz grilled chicken
+ ~ 1oz bell peppers
+ ~ 1/4 cup snap peas/beans
+ ~ 1/2 cup leftover Nasi Goreng (a rice/veggie mix)

1 Gluc/Chondroiten (pill form)

Had my own "moment" today....

Went to Lowe's to buy a plant stand & dirt.....so after checking out I'm pushing the cart to my car, start running with it, jump on & ride a lil ways....did that a couple times....so this guy in a truck stops alongside me & tells me "You're having waaaay to much fun & BTW you're BEAUTIFUL!"

Felt a lil puffy-chested after that.....

Pushdowns on Cable Rack: 80lbs -- 3x15
Assisted machine Dips: 60% -- 3x12
Close Grip EZ Bar Curls: 10lbs Added to bar -- 3x15

Hanging Leg Raises on Decline Bench: 1x20, 1x18, 1x20
Bicycle/Scissor combo, 60 secs each: 2 sets
Situps on Decline Bench w/25lb Plate: 2x15, 1x20

Walk Home -- 25 mins
HR Monitor shows 393 cals burned

6:00 pm
