1:00pm meal 3: 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ 2 scoops of ISO AGB & splenda & 6 egg whites
2:30pm: chest & Abs & 1 hour of cardio
4:30pm meal 4: Post workout shake 1 cup of blueberries & 2 scoops of ISO AGB..
6:30 pm meal 5: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 1 cup of broccoli & 1 tsp flax seed oil
9:30 pm meal 6: 6 oz Tilapia
10pm: SLEEP
