Thx Bunny... just posted a few pics in the gallery from this morning and not happy how I am looking... my trainer is happy and so are others around me but I feel like I should look better.... I dont know.. I am back into my size 4 pants so I know that I am on track but I seem to be holding tons of water... I do drink 2-3 gallons a day but I can not help myself... I am constantly thirsty..

anyhow thanks for the support perhaps tomorrow will be a better day..

June 4th 2006... New Day... Keeping a positive attitude!!!

Wake @ 7:00am - 2 cardio breezes & 1 pint of water

7:30am: Cardio: 30mins on dreadmill (intervals)
10 mins warm up walking on 5-10% incline @ 4.0 rmp
20 mins walking on 10% incline for 2 mins @ 3.7-4.0mph then 1 min sprint @ 8.0mph on either flat incline or 5% incline = 400 calories burned
30 mins on Arc trainer (intervals) = 300 calories burned: Total: 700 calories ;)

8:30am: 2 Sesapure & 2 Glucorells

8:45am meal 1: post workout shake: 1 cup of blueberries & 2 scoops of ISO AGB w/ 2 pks of sweet & low & 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ less than 1/2 scoop of ISO AGB w/ splenda & cinn. (did not end up eating all my oatmeal so technically it was less than 1/4 cup)....

11:00am meal 2: 5 whites w/ 1 cup of asparagus & chopped red onions omlette made w/ Spam & 1 tsp of flaxseed oil :sick: me no like flaxseed oil..lol.

12:30pm meal 3: 4 oz of chick w/ 1 cup of asparagus

3:00pm meal 4: 4 oz of chick w/ 1 cup of asparagus & 1 tsp flax seed oil

4:00pm: Bi's & Tri's & hopefully atleast 30-40 mins of cardio...

5:30pm meal 5: post workout shake 2 scoops of ISO AGB & 1 tablespoon of Almond Butter

7:30pm: 4 oz grilled chick w/ 3 oz of avocado

9:00pm: 5 oz tilapia or cod broiled

10pm: SLEEP :verygood:

Edit: Ish - I have PT on Wed. which is right in the area where I think the show venue is, so I'm going to check it out - see about parking, etc.....

Looking good hun! You're thirsty because that carb cycling is working eh? Like dried out all the time? That always tells me the burn rate has been set up!

Sassy really??? Its funny how you posted in my thread b/c I was thinking of PMing you with a few questions. Thanks for checking out the gallery and letting me know that the water intake is normal....I was kind of concerned, I seriously cant stop drinking enough water...

My upper body has leaned out and there is literally no more body fat to shed up there but still holding some body fat in the lower body.... Anyhow, I noticed the week I took out the carbs or reduced it to below 30grams I lost 10 lbs and looked a lot tighter!!!... Anyhow, thanks for the post and the support... Its getting close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

June 5th Day 2 Low Carb :evil:

Wake: 6:45am * Ran out of cardio breeze and used my back up of GNC Thermo Cardio System** Not bad

7:30am: Cardio: 30 mins on arc trainer burned 300 calories & 30 mins on dreadmill walking @ 3.7-4.0 rmp @ an incline which ranged from 5%-15% squeezing the glutes and hammies ;) burned 300 calories total burned 600 calories ;)

8:30am: 2 glucorells & 1 Sesapure

9:00am: 2 scoops of ISO AGB & 1/2 cup of blueberries w/ 1/4 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda :p

11:00am: 6 whites & 15 almonds

1:00pm: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli sprayed w/ smart beat "fake" butter...lol.. zero cal & zero carbs... taste is pretty good

2:00pm: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli & 15 almonds

4:00pm: 4 oz chick w/ 1/2 cup of broccoli

5:00pm: Legs & 20-30 mins cardio (depending how I feel)

7:00pm: Post work out shake 1/2 cup of berries & 2 scoops of pp & 15 almonds

9:00pm: Broiled tilapia

10pm: SLEEP ;)

I am out!!!
