Is this too much for triceps?

Day 1; chest & biceps

Incline barbell press
Flat barbell press
Incline dumbell press

Day 2; legs

Day 3; rest

Day 4; Shoulders & Triceps

Seated barbell press
standing dumbell press

Pressdowns
Lying tricep extensions
One arm behind neck dumbell tricep extensions

Day 5; Back & rear delts

Day 6; rest

Do any of you think that this is too much work for triceps?

I dont know whether doing 9 exercises which involve triceps will over work them.

If it is too much I will cut out the standing dumbell press.
 
my triceps have grown quite a bit in the last couple of months
for me it took using heavier weights and changing up my exercises
like the guys here said i had to experiment to see what would work for my body
 
I have included the compound movements here that invlolve triceps because they are all heavy exercises.

So is this too much for triceps? If its not Im going to try this workout tomorrow and see how it goes.

Standing dumbell press
Pressdowns
Lying tricep extensions
One arm behind neck dumbell tricep extensions

Like the post above shows these are split into two days.

Im really stressing about this. I should just see how it goes. The trouble is I dont like wasting even 1 training sesion.
