i am currently at 15% bodyfat and ive been cutting for 3 weeks. i haven't lost any scale weight after the first week but i have become noticeably leaner.
this is the first time i've ever had a real, timed diet. low carb, high protein and mid fat. i am currently eating more and more often than i am when i am not cutting.
im 18 and im sure my testosterone is through the roof, so how possible is it that i'm leaning out and getting bigger and stronger at the same time?
