So I started to struggle to eat all natural peanut butter from the jar and was working on a way of getting it down.
2% milk + no sugar added ice cream + 8 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter. like 1000+ calories maybe 20g of sugar, thats a pretty good weight gainer shake isnt it?
Blended together its very runny because the no sugar added ice cream doesnt form a milk shake like normal ice cream. Seems like a couple of those a day + an otherwise healthy diet would be good for bulking.
