Is this fine for bulking?

So I started to struggle to eat all natural peanut butter from the jar and was working on a way of getting it down.

2% milk + no sugar added ice cream + 8 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter. like 1000+ calories maybe 20g of sugar, thats a pretty good weight gainer shake isnt it?

Blended together its very runny because the no sugar added ice cream doesnt form a milk shake like normal ice cream. Seems like a couple of those a day + an otherwise healthy diet would be good for bulking.

No?
 
Bulking = calories higher than your daily required amount for maintenance.

If that is, it's good.

It all comes down to what you've got into your body over the course of the day.

Sounds tasty though.

...For future reference read the entire post. He asked a vague question... wanted yes or no. Not examples. And THAT is a HORRIBLE example, and calorie wise probably wouldn't even make up one meal.

I was just kidding.. it's a powerlifting diet joke :-)

If you want to bulk, you simply need to be in a caloric surplus; simply consume more calories than you expend. Two of those shakes sound good, but you may become bored or annoyed with them after a few weeks. Make sure you have enough variance in your diet and it will make the bulking process much more enjoyable.

The craziest part about being in a caloric surplus or deficit is that most people just can't grasp the concept. It seems simple: burn more energy than you intake and you'll lose weight, consume more energy than you burn and gain weight...it's crazy that a lot of people just don't get it.

"So what do I do to bulk?" "So how do I lose weight?"

You'd think this would be taught in High School health class :xeye:

People can be stubborn about what they don't want to hear (they already "know" or at leaest think they do mostly, but taking actions is another story).. but people ask IMO: to see if they're an easier way. Never is... old fashioned bust your own ass gets-r-done!

fahk yah I did :) I loooove it, i'm natty... figured it just boost natty levels a bit, I lost water i was holding and didn't know it... about 2 weeks in I noticed that. Not sure how long i've been using it now, but i rotate sites... take a day off here and there and change up dosing and it's great stuff!

When bulking do you gain weight through gaining Fat?
