I am an endomorph body type so I don't like eating really heavy meats unless it's after a hard workout and thats usually between lunch and dinner. I try my best to not eat alot of carbs because it gets me far very easy.

Breakfast: 5 egg whites mixed with very lean turkey slices, one toast and skim milk, multivatimin

Snack: tuna, or a very lean turkey
Sandwhich

Lunch: salmon or fish, with a cup of broccoli, sometimes brown rice or a potatoe

Late snack: banana or a small bowl of oatmeal

Dinner: chicken breast with a cup of broccoli

And of course I drink a lot of water with my meals since I also take whey protein, creatine, fish oil 0mega3, and my mulivatimin

Food looks good, may need to increase portions. I would add a large sweet potatoe post workout. I would calculate your total cals for the day. Each week add 500 a day till you find that sweet spot. Could range anywhere from 3500-5500. Keep it clean and fat gain should be minimum. Plenty of rest at night. Days off every so often and when you train, train hard.

There are plenty of vets on here that may have better and more specific advice.

Pretty solid advice...eat, eat, eat! You have a high metabolism, so in order to pack on muscle you really do need to put down the calories like Mondster says, just keep upping your intake, even a protein shake with whole milk at bedtime, or find a clean weight gainer that has good calories, that will help out a ton...train like an animal, and get 8+ hours sleep a night, and following a 2 on/1 off training regemine will work well.

I'm 5"9 and in 170 by the end of my senior year I want to be at least 195 of muscle

Sorry to rain on your parade brother but there's no way your going to be 195 by the end of the year if your a senior now. To get big you gotta eat big and if you don't eat a fair amount of good food you aren't going to get big. Increase portions, eat healthy snacks, bust your ass. Do whatever you gotta do to grow. If your dedicated you can do whatever you want

Well you got time man just keep dedicated and research research research
