1 serving of rice
1 serving mix of organic black beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans,

all mixed in a bowl.

its not bad. throw some veggie rich salsa. and if you want complex carbs use brown rice
 
ok cool. is it a bad meal to cut?

not if its post workout with white rice. if its any other time just make sure its brown rice and o course you need to cut back some on the carbs. if you are in need of help with a cut just lay out your full stats, your training, and a days foods so we can see it all.

it would be much better if you laid out a typical days foods with their times, your bf% with your stats, and your current weight training and cardio routines.
 
def brown rice for a cut.

i tend to disagree. when white rice is combined with a low to zero fat protein source (egg whites/chicken) the gi of the rice is neutralized. it becomes only a few points higher than brown rice. just an observation. i switched rice for sweet potatoes and the results have been good.
