Is it ok to use artificial sweeteners and Crystal light on Keto diet?

Also how many days does it take to get in Ketosis its been 2 days for me and strips still showing negative. If I do more cardio will I reach a higher level of ketosis?

The fastest and best way to get to keto is ABSOLUTELY 0 carbs. AVOID all milk products, all artificial sweetners or any sweet regardless if it says 0 carbs, all fruits & vegetables, all nuts and ANPB, packaged low carb food is a waste & fake("net carbs" LMAO), and anything that has carbs in it. Use foods from this list and if you have to question it, don't eat it. Also make sure the foods from the list below are not i.e. breaded chicken breasts or sausages w/ cheese inside or other things of the like & remember to get creative w/ it. Make sure your use of condiments is kept to min also:


sausages
hot links
bacon(limited)
egg white and eggs, hard boiled, fried, poached, deviled, omelets, etc
oils & butter(limited)
tuna
fresh wild caught fish, salmon, trout, halibut, flounder
crab meat
extra lean ground beef
extra lean ground turkey
chicken breasts
turkey breasts(avoid all lunch meats)
steak
veal, lamb, venison
-------
mustard(limited)
lite mayo(very limited)
0 carb condiments(very limited)


Once you've switched over then you may(I don't recommend it but) introduce a small amount of vege complex carbs(maybe a little iceberg, spinach, brocolli, etc) i.e. 15 carbs/day max if you can remain in keto but, the bottom line is the best way to keto is 0 carbs plain and simple. After you start putting carbs into a NO carb diet it's harder to remove them so just don't do, plus it's harder to switch over. Save it for the carb up day(s) or just stay in keto until you've become successful w/ your goals.
