is CLA still beneficial (12-15g of CLA per day) even if im on a low carb diet (less than 20g sometimes less than 30g) ? What are the benefits of this ?
12-15g/day seems a little high. Everything I've read says the optimal dose is like 7-10g/day. I just started taking 12 Tonalin 1000mg CLA softgels daily...works out to about 9g CLA.
Somebody correct me here if I wrong though. Not sure is the higher 12-15g dose is mor effective then say 9g or so.
