hi...if i dont wanna lose muscle do i have to do cardio when taking eca? will a lil cardio help or i have to max out 5 days a week for fat burning to take place? what if my diet is clean.?
Your not gonna lose mass by doing a bit of cardio each day. Its good for the heart and lungs and helps to keep them strong and healthy and able to get blood to our muscles. Do cardio if you like or skip it, its a personal choice but a bit a day wont affect muscle mass unless your way under daily maint for cals allready.
