Notice a lot of people talking how good yogurt is for you. Even has a friend telling me to eat it at night before i go to bed with water and it will make you look thinner the next day. Anyways i was already eating yogurt before the big media blitz because i was trying to stay away from ice cream. My question is what should i look for besides low fat or 1 percent milk in the yogurt. Right now i eat yo crunch yogurt (single packs) and mayline praline pecan low fat yogurt (the box which is cheaper) or both of these pretty good yogurt health wise because they sure taste good..... BETTER THAN ICE CREAM....

i think yoplait's carb control yogurt didn't look too bad when I looked at the nutrition facts. That is compared to the other yogurts that have about 25-30g sugar.

Where do you find dry curd cc? I have never seen it. What's the difference between it and regular 2% cc?

doesnt yo crunch come with sugar coated stuff to throw into your yogurt? most of those are made with fruit and added sugar...

The only healthy kind of yogurt is plain. Either fatfree or 1%
Also try Greek 0% yogurt ~~~> plain 0g fat 6carbs 15g protein
Throw berries/fruit into plain yogurt or mix it with some artificial sweetener/stevia/or honey

actually it comes with different topings like gronla, m&m's or oreo cruches but its made with 1 percent fat milk or so its says. how about the low fat yogurt they sell at marble slab. They say that is really low in fat and their french vanilla taste real good.

That yogurt you are talking about is loaded with sugar. It has like 40g. of sugar and reg. yogurt has only about 15 but its all natural occuring sugar. And as for that stuff from Marble Slab, as long as it is the sugar free kind you're prolly ok. But just becuase it says "yogurt" doesn't mean it's neccesarily good, most frzn. yogurt has as much sugar as reg. ice cream.
